We are looking for a detail-oriented and committed Junior Executive, Pre-Press to support our daily production workflow. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring timely, high-quality output and coordinate closely with internal departments to meet deadlines.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Pre-Press Manager in monitoring daily production workflow.
- Maintain production quality by managing process steps and scheduling variables.
- Schedule and assign staff, monitor progress, and resolve scheduling issues.
- Check and approve editorial pages and advertisements for print.
- Liaise with editorial, design, and production teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Plan manpower and prepare duty rosters.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in any related field.
- Fresh graduates or 12 years of relevant experience in the printing industry are welcome.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Knowledge of color separation is an added advantage.
- Willing to work on shift (off days not on weekends).
- Team player with strong communication skills.
