Lead and supervise daily bran and pollard packing operations to ensure products are packed according to required weight, labeling, and sealing standards.
Monitor packing line performance and ensure smooth operations with minimal downtime.
Coordinate manpower allocation and assign tasks to general workers to achieve daily production targets.
Conduct routine checks on bag weight accuracy, bag condition, labeling, and pallet stacking quality.
Oversee the receiving, storage, and issuance of bran and pollard products between production and warehouse operations.
Ensure finished products are properly stacked, labeled, and stored in designated warehouse locations.
Monitor stock levels and promptly report abnormal inventory situations to the supervisor for corrective action.
Conduct daily and monthly stock counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, and maintain accurate stock records.
Supervise loading and dispatch activities to ensure products are delivered according to delivery orders and customer requirements.
Verify that the correct products and quantities are loaded before dispatch.
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, 6S, and all company safety procedures within packing and warehouse operations.
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards in packing and storage areas through regular inspections.
Report and coordinate corrective actions for product defects, equipment malfunctions, and unsafe working conditions.
Ensure all employees and contractors wear the required PPE and comply with workplace safety regulations.
Prepare and maintain daily packing and inventory records accurately and in a timely manner.
Assist the Assistant Production personnel in carrying out departmental responsibilities and operational activities.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the HOD, Section Head, or immediate supervisor from time to time.
