Junior Foreman (Flour)

Job Scope

1. To assist Senior Foreman and act on behalf during his absence.
2. To ensure the flour is packed according to the correct requirements.
3. To ensure the flour conforms to specifications.
4. To perform regular inspection and testing of the flour product/equipment in accordance with the stipulated procedures.
5. To record daily work in the required records.
6. To identify and segregate non-conformance products and report to superior.
7. To supervise contract workers and ensure efficiency and proper quality control during the packing process.
8. To exercise GMP and HACCP procedures.
9. To carry out any other relevant tasks as and when required by the Company from time to time.

Requirements

1. Diploma or any equivalent background
2. Malaysian male
3. Good communication skills (oral & written).
4. 1-year relevant experience
