Junior Fraud & Risk (Mandarin) Work From Home (Full Time Permanent Role)

Basic Salary Range for Beginner (RM 3,000 - RM 3,500 & Above) with experience can be discussed
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze user behavior, transaction patterns, and account activity to identify anomalies or suspicious actions.
- Assess marketing strategies, promotions, and platform content to uncover potential fraud risks or system vulnerabilities.
- Detect and flag high-risk trends, suspicious user behavior, or irregular traffic patterns.
- Assist in identifying valuable users or strategic behaviors for further engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate cases, clarify findings, and support fraud investigations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of findings, flagged cases, and risk-related insights.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (verbal, written, and reading).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to behavioral patterns and anomalies.
- Able to manage sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and accuracy.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or basic data analysis tools is an added advantage.
