Job Description:

  • To assist in day-to-day HR tasks across the full employee lifecycle †from onboarding and performance management to compensation & benefits, employee grievances, and offboarding
  • Support employees and managers on people-related matters, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies
  • Support the implementation of initiatives from the Centre of Excellence, such as Learning & Development, Talent Management, Employer Branding, and Compensation & Benefits when necessary

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Proven track record of providing effective support and guidance on HR matters
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
