Job Description:

To assist in day-to-day HR tasks across the full employee lifecycle â€ from onboarding and performance management to compensation & benefits, employee grievances, and offboarding
Support employees and managers on people-related matters, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies
Support the implementation of initiatives from the Centre of Excellence, such as Learning & Development, Talent Management, Employer Branding, and Compensation & Benefits when necessary

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
Proven track record of providing effective support and guidance on HR matters
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
