Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IAM Analyst to support user access management across systems and applications. This role is open to fresh graduates with internship or basic IT support experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating, updating, and removing user access.
- Handle daily requests such as account creation, password resets, and access changes.
- Ensure all access requests follow company security policies.
- Maintain accurate records of user access.
- Support simple access reviews and audit checks.
- Monitor and follow up on IAM tickets to ensure timely completion.
- Escalate more complex issues to senior team members.
- Work with HR, IT, and other teams to confirm user access needs.
- Support basic use of tools like Active Directory.
- Help improve processes and share knowledge with the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or final year students may apply).
- Internship or basic experience in IT support / helpdesk is a plus.
- Basic understanding of user accounts, passwords, and system access.
- Familiarity with Active Directory or similar tools is an advantage.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in cybersecurity/IAM.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Good to Have
- Exposure to ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of IT security concepts
