Junior IT Business Analyst

Requirements:

• 02 years of experience, with basic knowledge of SDLC
• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• Good documentation and reporting skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Self-motivated, team player, and able to work independently

Job Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements
• Analyze business processes and suggest improvements
• Track system requirements from start to approval
• Support requirement and design discussions with stakeholders
• Work closely with clients and technical teams
