Job Description

  • Provide 1st & 2nd level end user and system support via phone, email, or chat (Service Desk Support)
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex problems to specialized teams according to the SLA
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and deployment of software applications
  • Manage software licenses, ensure compatibility, and provide user training
  • Setup and deploy new desktop/laptop computers for new hires and collect devices during offboarding
  • Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues
  • Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and track configurations
  • Tag assets, document configurations, and manage lifecycle using IT Asset Management Tools
  • Plan and execute IT setup for new store openings (network, POS, hardware)
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to store staff
  • Configure and test IT systems (computers, printers, network devices)
  • Support and maintain CCTV, door access, and other physical security systems
  • Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for system installation and maintenance
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of IT processes and solutions
  • Collaborate with IT team and other departments for smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT Technical Support or equivalent

Technical Skills:

  • Basic to strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS
  • Experience with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Hands-on experience in desktop/laptop setup and deployment
  • Knowledge of networking (firewalls, routers, VLANs, routing protocols)
  • Familiarity with IT Asset and Configuration Management tools

Systems & Tools:

  • Experience in UniFi technologies (advantageous)
  • Experience with CCTV, door access systems (Hikvision, etc.)

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented mindset

Additional Skills:

  • Experience with IT setup for retail stores, including POS and networking
  • Ability to manage vendors and installation projects
  • Strong documentation skills
