Junior IT System Administration

Responsibilities

.Management of servers of entities operating at the plant in Johor Bahru and related entities abroad

.Ongoing monitoring of global IT networks and computer hardware

.Computer hardware diagnostics and IT inventory management (equipment distribution among employees and installation of system access for new and existing employees)

.Purchase of IT equipment in accordance with the current needs of the company

.Providing technical support for users (help desk service - diagnosing and solving problems)

Requirements

.Possessing education and knowledge in the field of computer science or related area

.Experience is welcome, but not mandatory

.Ability to learn and process information quickly

.Great communication skills to deal with a plethora of situations

.Basic knowledge in the field of: Microsoft Active Directory, Network technologies (DHCP, DNS, VPV, OSI model, WLAN, RADIUS) and maintenance of Windows systems is appreciated

.Ability to use English. The ability to use also Mandarin will be considered a great advantage.
