What will your role be:
Participate in distributed backend development
- Develop microservice components with Spring Boot under mentorship
- Apply AI coding tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot) to improve code quality
Implement basic AI integrations
- Develop LLM API calls for features like recommendation/voice interaction
- Ensure module stability through unit testing
Support technical productivity
- Deploy services using cloud-native tools (Docker/K8s)
- Develop automation test scripts for CI/CD pipelines
Data processing & insights
- Perform basic data analysis with SQL
- Translate user behavior data into product suggestions
What an ideal candidate means to us:
Core Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Solid Java foundation with knowledge of data structures & algorithms
- Proficiency in Spring Boot & basic MySQL operations
- Understanding of network protocols (TCP/HTTP) and multithreading
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with AI coding tools (Copilot/JetBrains AI)
- Basic Python skills or introductory ML knowledge
- Experience in campus-level distributed systems/AI projects
