Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Marketing Consultant based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Junior Marketing Consultant will be responsible for assisting with marketing strategies, implementing campaigns, analyzing customer insights, supporting sales activities, and ensuring alignment with client goals. This individual will also work on engaging customer service practices and contribute to the overall project management process, ensuring timely delivery of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience or aptitude in Sales and Marketing, with a focus on developing and executing strategies to drive business growth.
• Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, organizing, and delivering initiatives on time.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to assess market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with marketing software or platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
