Role Description

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Junior Marketing Executive to join our team in Petaling Jaya.

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in shaping and growing Like Me Coffee's brand presence. You will be responsible for market planning, research, campaign execution, client communications, and online ads strategy & planning. This role blends creativity with analytical thinking, and offers the opportunity to directly contribute to sales growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities.
• Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies aligned with company goals.
• Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Create engaging content, monitor performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for better reach and engagement.
• Work closely with sales teams to support client communications and lead generation.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in developing content and marketing materials to strengthen brand positioning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in market planning, research, or campaign management.
• Experience in social media ads planning.
• Strong expertise in Market Planning and Market Research.
• Excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Solid marketing skills, with proven experience in developing and implementing strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and on-site in Petaling Jaya.
• Prior experience in the coffee, vending, or food & beverage industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
