Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Marketing Sales & Associate role based in Selangor, Malaysia. The Junior Marketing Sales & Associate will support marketing and sales activities by identifying potential customers, presenting services, and assisting with follow-ups to build strong client relationships. This role involves preparing sales materials, coordinating with internal technical teams to understand solutions, and assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns and events. The individual will handle customer inquiries, provide basic product information, and escalate complex issues to senior team members. Daily tasks also include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing sales reports, and participating in training to develop knowledge of K365Labs offerings and the broader IT consulting market.
Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Sales and Sales & Marketing capabilities to support lead generation, prospecting, and campaign execution.
  • Ability to assist in Training activities, such as coordinating client sessions or internal knowledge-sharing.
  • Basic understanding of IT or software services, with an interest in technology consulting.
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email) and willingness to learn CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
