The Role
We are looking for a Junior to Mid-level Developer to join our new Malaysia hub to build new features and provide global 3rd-level support. This role is a mix of development and on-call readiness. You will implement new features in .NET 10 while participating in support rotations to learn how enterprise-grade software behaves in the real world.
Key Responsibilities
- On-Call Support: Participate in on-call rotations, investigating technical issues and providing code-level resolutions.
- Feature Implementation: Write clean, maintainable code for product modules using .NET 10.
- Technical Writing: Document bug fixes and feature updates in the internal Knowledge Base for global handovers.
- Continuous Learning: Work under senior experts to further develop your technical skills.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of professional experience in C# / .NET (high-potential graduates with strong internship experience are welcome).
- Basic knowledge of MVC and modern front-end frameworks (Angular/React).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to learn complex enterprise platforms.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Must be based in Malaysia or have Work Authorization: Must have the legal right to work in Malaysia at the time of application (we cannot provide visa sponsorship for this location).
Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)
- Graduated from assisting to fully owning the design and deployment of product modules.
- Reduced time-to-resolution for Tier-3 tickets by mastering the production codebase.
- Became a consistent contributor to the technical library by writing How-To articles for common challenges.
