Role Overview

• Position: Junior .NET Developer
• Tenure: 1-Year Contract (Minimum, with a clear path for long-term retention)
• Experience Level: Entry-Level (1–3 years of commercial or heavy project experience)

• Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

️ What You Will Do & Learn

• Structured Mentorship: Undergo deep-dive internal training to master complex project architectures, enterprise coding standards, and modern deployment pipelines.
• Feature Engineering: Collaborate directly with senior developers to write clean, production-ready, and maintainable code using C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Optimization & Debugging: Gain deep technical skills in debugging complex code, optimizing database queries, and maintaining daily application stability.
• Agile Ecosystems: Immerse yourself in an enterprise DevOps environment, actively participating in daily standups, code reviews, and sprint planning.

Who We Are Looking For

• Education: A University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Technical Baseline: Solid academic or practical commercial exposure to Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), C#, ASP.NET, and SQL databases.
• Mindset: Highly proactive, solution-oriented, and holding a genuine hunger to build a long-term career in software engineering.
• Commitment: Fully ready to commit to a baseline contract of at least 1+ years to grow alongside the project lifecycle.
