Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist sales personnel in preparing Sales Order Advice for stock delivery.
  • Place orders, coordinate with suppliers, monitor stock shipment and liaise with the Inventory Section on cargo clearance for stock purchases.
  • Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of shipping documents for indent business.
  • Support in entering sales forecast data, sales budget, and generating reports for the Sales Department.
  • Prepare various documents including purchase orders, proforma invoices, quotations, and sales contracts.
  • Verify ISO-related documents (e.g., credit facility applications, product code creation) before submitting for approval.
  • Liaise with the Accounts Department for supporting documents and payment matters.
  • Maintain proper filing and records for Ex-Stock and Indent business transactions.
  • Upload relevant documents to the designated shared folder.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, UEC, or Degree in any field.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
  • 23 years of experience in sales coordination or administrative support.
