As a new and growing brand, we're now looking to bring in another Junior Operations Associate to support the day-to-day running of the business in Kuala Lumpur.

Job Description

This is a hands-on, on-the-ground role supporting Speedy Tigers daily operations. It entails working as a key point of contact locally, helping manage logistics, vendors, community partners, and ad-hoc operational needs as they arise. In this role, you will work closely with the founders and internal remote teams, as well as play an important role in making sure things run smoothly day to day.

Responsibilities

• Act as a local point of contact for Speedy Tigers in Kuala Lumpur, working out of our Mont Kiara office
• Support day-to-day operational needs, including coordination with vendors, suppliers, and community partners
• Assist with inventory, deliveries, and stock-related matters as required
• Support retail and on-ground initiatives, including in-store activations and promotions
• Coordinate and communicate regularly and in a detailed manner with internal and external teams
• Help manage logistics for events, pop-ups, and brand activation opportunities
• Identify potential operational, retail, or product-related opportunities that support Speedy Tigers growth across KL and Malaysia
• Handle any other operational tasks that come with building a young brand

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Operations, Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (F&B, retail, or startup experience is a big plus!)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations or a related field preferred
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities, while coordinating with remote teams
• Ability and willingness to travel to different partner locations across Kuala Lumpur as needed
• Confident written and verbal communicator with a self-directed attitude
• Familiar with tools such as Google Docs, Sheets, and basic project tracking tools
• Curious, proactive, reliable, and collaborative, with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
