Salary: RM 3,000 – RM 4,500
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Junior CRM Operations Specialist to join our fast-paced CRM team.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or junior candidates who are passionate about digital operations, campaign execution, and data accuracy. You will support the setup, testing, and deployment of CRM campaigns across multiple channels while ensuring all operational processes meet quality standards and SOP requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, configure, and launch CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, and Push Notifications
- Perform pre-launch quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure campaign accuracy
- Monitor live campaign performance and assist with operational troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate campaign records, approvals, and operational documentation
- Coordinate with internal technical teams and vendors to resolve system-related issues
- Ensure all tasks are executed according to internal SOPs and timelines
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, operations, tech support, or related fields
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related disciplines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment
