Junior Payment Officer (Mandarin)

Basic Salary Range: RM 3,000 - RM 4,500
Working Shift: Rotational Shift (Shift will be rotating every 3 - 6 Months)

Key Responsibilities
- Execute account and payment transactions within the assigned turnaround time.
- Verify bank account setups to ensure they are properly configured and supported on the business website.
- Monitor account limits and balances to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments and third-party partners to resolve customer-related issues.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with data integrity, security, and trust standards.
- Complete daily reports, checklists, and other operational tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications Must-Have
- Minimum high school qualification or above.
- Basic proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading).
- Willingness to workon-site in Kuala Lumpur (KL).
- Able to workrotational Shifts (night shifts will be either hostel-based or work-from-home)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers.
Nice-to-Have
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with a typing speed of35 WPM or above.
- Prior experience inpayment operations or payment-related rolesis an added advantage.
- Candidates outside Kuala Lumpur are welcome to apply, as hostel accommodation is provided near the KL office and within walking distance.
