Junior Performance Marketer

[We can hire Malaysian locals only or those who already have the requirements to work in Malaysia].

Salary Expectations: RM3,500 - RM4,500 per month. Depending on your skillset.

Were looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Specialist. This is your chance to make a tangible impact by driving the performance of our clients websites, transforming their business goals into successful B2B, B2G, B2C ad campaigns.

As a key member of our Digital Marketing team, youll dive headfirst into the full lifecycle of paid advertising. Youll be the master of managing, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns that deliver results.

What you&aposll do:

• Build and manage high-impact ad campaigns across platforms like Google (Search, YouTube, Display), Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Tik Tok, XHS, & LinkedIn.
• Obsess over data to optimize ads, ensuring every dollar spent delivers maximum ROI.
• Craft strategy decks & insightful monthly reports, turning complex data into clear, actionable insights for both our team and our clients.
• Act as a strategic advisor, recommending the best platforms and tracking methods to achieve specific client objectives, from lead generation to e-commerce sales.
• Get inside the minds of our clients&apos customers, enhancing ad creative, visuals, and messaging to drive peak performance.
• Monitor performance metrics daily, proactively adjusting campaigns to hit KPIs and exceed client expectations.

You&aposll collaborate with a brilliant team of project managers, copywriters, and developers, working with a diverse portfolio of clients that will constantly challenge and inspire you.

Who we&aposre looking for:

• Someone with 1-2 years of hands-on performance marketing experience who is passionate about growth.
• You&aposre analytical, organized, and results-driven, with a keen eye for detail.
• You&aposre comfortable with managing budgets and making data-backed optimization decisions.
• You understand the full sales/conversion funnel and key metrics like CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
• You&aposre proficient with the core tools of the trade: Google Ads, GTM, Google Analytics 4, Facebook (Meta), Instagram, dataslayer and Excel/Sheets.
• Experience with Twitter, LinkedIn, or TikTok ads is a great bonus!
