Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Planner, based in Bukit Mertajam. The Production Planner will be responsible for preparing and managing production schedules, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring timely delivery of products. Duties include coordinating with other departments on materials availability, monitoring workflow, analyzing production metrics, and identifying potential delays or issues. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with internal teams to facilitate efficient production processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Production Planning, including the creation and management of detailed production schedules
• Strong Analytical Skills and Planning abilities to evaluate production data and identify areas for improvement
• Effective Communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in production or manufacturing environments is an advantage
• Familiarity with ISO-certified quality systems and standards is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant production management software is beneficial
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
