Junior Planner Protege Trainee ( Ref. No. R1011735 )
at our location in Kuala-Lumpur
You will enjoy having these responsibilities:
- Collect and compile data to update project progress.
- Ensure timely and accurate project status reporting.
- Identify and communicate deviations from the project plan.
- Update staff timesheets or related records.
- Create and maintain project schedules using Excel, MS Project, and Primavera P6.
- Monitor timelines and milestones and adjust schedules when needed.
- Organize and facilitate team meetings; prepare agendas and minutes.
- Follow up on action items.
- Update weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Analyze project data and present findings
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in project management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Open to fresh graduates interested in Project Planning & PMO.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
- Analytical and able to interpret project data.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proactive and able to manage shifting project needs.
- Team player with collaborative mindset
