Role Description

We seek a Junior Process Engineer for a full-time, on-site role located in Selangor, Malaysia. The Junior Process Engineer will develop and optimize industrial processes for maximum efficiency and quality. Key responsibilities include process design, implementation of process controls, troubleshooting, and data analysis to improve production workflows. The role also includes collaboration with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality control, to meet production goals and client expectations.

Qualifications

-Analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement

-Design, implement, and optimize production workflows for efficiency and quality

-Develop and maintain SOPs, process flow diagrams, and work instructions

-Conduct time studies, capacity planning, and process optimization

-Support implementation and optimization of robotic systems (e.g.automated welding systems)

-Analyze production data using data analytics tools to improve yield and reduce downtime

-Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams on automation projects

-Troubleshoot automation, robotic, and process-related issues

-Ensure safety compliance for automated and robotic systems

-Manage laser cutting processes and nesting operations

-Perform any other duties as assigned by superior
