Job Title: Junior Project Manager

Role Overview
The Junior Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects across teams. This role focuses on tracking timelines, coordinating stakeholders, following up on deliverables, and ensuring projects move forward smoothly.
This is an execution-focused role suited for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Coordination & Execution
- Assist in managing day-to-day project activities across multiple initiatives.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Help identify risks, blockers, or delays and escalate when necessary.
2. Planning & Documentation
- Support project planning by preparing task lists, timelines, and basic project plans.
- Maintain project documentation such as:
- Project briefs
- Meeting notes
- Status trackers
- Ensure project updates and changes are properly documented and communicated.
3. Cross-Functional Communication
- Coordinate with internal teams such as global team, marketing, design, tech, product, operations, and external vendors.
- Act as a point of contact to relay project updates, requirements, and timelines.
- Schedule meetings, align stakeholders, and summarize action items after discussions.
4. Reporting & Status Updates
- Prepare weekly or bi-weekly project status reports.
- Track progress against timelines and flag potential delays early.
- Assist senior project manager in compiling project performance summaries.
5. Process & Workflow Support
- Help ensure teams follow agreed workflows and project processes.
- Support improvements to internal project management tools and templates.
- Assist in organizing priorities across multiple projects.
Requirements & Qualifications
Must-Have:
- 3-5 years experience in project coordination, operations, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Monday.com.
- Background in marketing, tech, digital, or operations projects.
- Exposure to working with cross-functional or remote teams.
- Basic data or reporting skills (Excel / Google Sheets).
