Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Quantity Surveyor, located in Damansara.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for tendering costing and reparation of tender documents for submission.

Evaluate the progress claim received from Sub-contractors and suppliers.

Preparation of quotation and claims for submission to Client.

Ensure meticulous assessment of cost of all project activities.

Sourcing for pricing and preparation of pricing analysis.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Quantity Survey.

At least 1 year working experience in related field(Construction / Interior Design).

Good computer literacy.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Required language: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
