Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage retail renovation projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide tailored consulting solutions.
  • Coordinate and manage communication between clients, vendors, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Oversee vendor transparency, including bidding processes and annual evaluations.
  • Drive vendor implementation and service improvement initiatives in line with policy guidelines
  • Prepare design proposals, reports, and cost estimates for client presentations.
  • Handle inventory management to support project and operational needs.

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years solid experience in retail renovation or relevant field.
  • Knowledge in reviewing technical drawings and handling renovation process.
  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills, sensitives to figures and statistics.
  • Good communication, reporting writing and presentation skills.
  • Able to supervising vendors and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivate and strategic mind set focus.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
  • Experience in inventory control is a plus.
