Junior RPA Developer

The role is responsible for the development, deployment, and maintenance of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to support the automation of business processes across the organization.

The primary goal is to enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual workload, and improve process accuracy through the implementation of RPA tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, or similar platforms. The role also contributes to identifying automation opportunities, collaborating with business users for requirements gathering, preparing documents for automation readiness, and ensuring effective troubleshooting and documentation of RPA workflows.

Job Description:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using Power Automate, UiPath, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into automation workflows.
• Develop efficient and reusable RPA components and ensure proper documentation.
• Work on document preparation tasks, such as formatting, data extraction, and organization for automation readiness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the automation scripts and flows.
• Maintain and update existing RPA processes as required.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Power Automate, UiPath, or other RPA platforms.
• Basic understanding of automation lifecycle and best practices.
• Knowledge of document preparation, including handling structured/unstructured data, formatting, and document management.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
