Role Description The Junior Sales & Marketing role is a full-time, on-site position based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. In this role, the team member supports sales activities by engaging with prospective and existing clients, presenting solutions, and assisting in closing deals. Daily responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing product or service information, and maintaining positive client relationships. The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, participating in training sessions, and contributing to promotional events in a fun, collaborative environment. The Junior Sales & Marketing team member will work closely with senior staff to learn best practices, develop sales skills, and help achieve departmental targets.

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Customer service skills to manage inquiries, resolve concerns, and build positive, long-term client relationships.
• Sales skills to identify opportunities, support negotiations, and contribute to revenue growth.
• Training and coaching skills, or willingness to learn, to support onboarding and skills development within the team.
• Basic sales management understanding, such as tracking performance metrics and supporting sales processes.
• Motivation to work in a fast-paced, fun environment with a collaborative mindset and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work on-site in WP, Kuala Lumpur and maintain reliable attendance.
