Job Title Junior Sales Executive Additive Manufacturing Location Malaysia (with regional travel within ASEAN as required) Reporting To Sales Director / Head of Business Development Role Overview We are seeking a highly driven and commercially minded Junior Sales Executive to support the growth of our additive manufacturing (AM) business. This role is ideal for candidates with 23 years of B2B sales experience who are passionate about technology and want to build a long-term career in advanced manufacturing. Prior experience in additive manufacturing is not required. Comprehensive training will be provided. However, candidates must demonstrate strong sales fundamentals, curiosity for engineering solutions, and a strong desire to close deals. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities in sectors such as aerospace, oil & gas, medical, automotive, and precision engineering Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into revenue Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Customer Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers, procurement teams, and senior management Understand customer manufacturing challenges and position additive manufacturing solutions accordingly Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions with support from application engineers Market Intelligence Monitor trends in additive manufacturing, digital manufacturing, and Industry 4.0 Track competitor activities and provide market feedback to management Identify emerging applications for additive manufacturing within target industries Internal Collaboration Work closely with applications, service, and marketing teams to deliver customer solutions Coordinate quotations, proposals, and project timelines Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system Requirements Experience 23 years of B2B sales experience (engineering, industrial, machinery, tooling, or technical products preferred) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Education Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field Skills & Competencies Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders High level of initiative, discipline, and resilience Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills Willingness to travel within Malaysia and occasionally within ASEAN Personal Attributes Hungry, proactive, and results-oriented mindset Passion for technology and manufacturing Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-evolving industry Positive attitude with a strong work ethic What We Offer Structured training in additive manufacturing technologies and applications Clear career progression into Senior Sales, Account Manager, or Regional roles Exposure to cutting-edge manufacturing technologies Competitive salary, commission, and performance incentives Opportunity to work with leading customers in high-value industries Success Metrics (KPIs) Monthly and quarterly sales revenue Number of qualified opportunities generated Conversion rate from lead to order Customer engagement and retention CRM pipeline accuracy Why Join Us You will be part of a fast-growing sector that is transforming how products are designed and manufactured.
