About the Job
Collektr is building the infrastructure for how collectibles are bought, sold, and experienced in Asia. Not just listings, but livestreams, auctions, and high-value deals happening in real time.
This role sits at the center of that engine.
We're looking for someone who understands that marketplaces don't grow from traffic alone, they grow from supply, relationships, and execution. Someone who can bring in the right sellers, secure the right inventory, and turn activity into actual revenue.
What You'll Own
1.Seller Growth & Relationship Management
You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and growing a portfolio of sellers on Collektr. This is not passive account management, you are expected to actively drive performance, ensure consistency, and build long-term relationships with sellers and collectors.
2.Inventory Pipeline Development
Strong marketplaces are built on strong supply. You will source and secure inventory across livestream, marketplace, and concierge channels, with a focus on items that are liquid, in-demand, and capable of driving competitive bidding.
3.Revenue Execution Across Channels
You will work hands-on across livestream auctions, marketplace listings, and structured drops. This includes working with sellers on pricing, positioning, and formats, ensuring that every listing is optimised for conversion and GMV.
4.Campaign & Commercial Alignment
You will collaborate closely with Marketing and Operations to execute campaigns and platform initiatives. Your role is to ensure seller participation translates into measurable sales outcomes, not just engagement.
5.Concierge & High-Value Transactions
You will support the sourcing and closing of premium deals, working directly with serious collectors and sellers. This requires strong judgement in structuring transactions that maximise both value and conversion.
6.Performance Management & Optimisation
You will track seller performance, GMV contribution, and pipeline health. More importantly, you will take action identifying gaps, improving execution, and ensuring sellers remain active and aligned with platform standards.
