Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kota Tinggi for a Junior Sales Executive. The primary responsibilities include generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, preparing sales proposals, and meeting sales targets. The Junior Sales Executive will also collaborate with the marketing and operations teams, identify opportunities to promote the resort's services, and ensure customer satisfaction during the sales process. Other duties may include attending sales meetings, staying updated on market trends, and representing the resort at events.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to identify and pursue potential business opportunities
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused approach
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
  • Organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple accounts and priorities
  • Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Willingness to work on-site at the resort in Kota Tinggi
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or tourism sector is an advantage
