Junior Sales Marketing Executive

Red Rescue is a professional lifeguard service provider specializing in water safety solutions, inspired by the spirit of the Baywatch movie. We supply highly trained lifeguards for events and offer lifesaving and water safety training to individuals and groups. Our dedicated team is equipped with the latest rescue equipment, ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone in and around the water. Whether providing poolside safety at private events or teaching essential water survival skills, Red Rescue is committed to making water activities safer for all.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Sales Marketing Executive based in Petaling Jaya, with the flexibility for some remote work. The role involves conducting market research, developing and implementing sales and marketing plans, and supporting sales activities. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing client relationships, and effectively communicating the value of Red Rescue's services. Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with the marketing and operations teams to drive client acquisition and satisfaction.

• Knowledge and experience in Market Planning and Market Research to analyze trends and develop effective strategies.
• Strong skills in Sales and Marketing, with the ability to identify opportunities and achieve targets.
• Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Basic knowledge in the water safety and training industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
