The Role

Are you a talented and passionate graphic designer with a keen eye for aesthetics Whether you're an emerging creative eager to grow or a seasoned professional ready to lead, we want to hear from you. In this role at AEM, you'll work full-time on-site, collaborating with Account Managers and fellow designers to produce engaging visuals that meet brand standards. Your creativity and strategic thinking will help shape the future of our clients.

We are hiring at two levels:

• Junior Graphic Designer:Ideal for designers with 1–3 years of experience who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute fresh ideas.
• Senior Graphic Designer:For experienced designers with 5+ years who can lead projects, mentor juniors, and drive creative strategy.

Key Responsibilities - All Levels

• Create eye-catching graphics for diverse media platforms.
• Design and produce a variety of digital and print materials, including posters, flyers, social media graphics, banners, and advertisements.
• Develop visual concepts and layouts for marketing initiatives and promotional events.
• Work closely with team members to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Engage with the account management team to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines efficiently.

Senior Level (Additional)

•      Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers.

•      Lead client presentations and pitch visual concepts.

•      Establish and maintain design systems and brand guidelines for key accounts.

•      Contribute to creative strategy alongside senior leadership.

Qualifications

Junior Graphic Designer

• 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience (internship experience considered).
• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• A growing portfolio that demonstrates creativity and design fundamentals.
• Eagerness to learn, take constructive feedback, and continuously improve.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Senior Graphic Designer

• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Expertise in Graphics, Graphic Design, Logo Design, Branding, and Typography.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and strategic thinking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and improve designs.

Nice To Have (Both Levels)

• Previous experience with B2B tech clients.
• Motion graphics or video editing skills.
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles.
