Job Description Junior/Senior Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer with 23 years of experience who is

eager to grow in a modern engineering environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on

backend experience in Python, exposure to frontend development, and some familiarity

with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).

This role is suited for someone who is proactive, communicates clearly, and

demonstrates strong foundational engineering skills with a willingness to learn quickly.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Delivery

Contribute to development of backend services using Python.

Build and maintain front-end applications using React.js, Next.js, or similar

frameworks.

Develop serverless components and microservices under guidance from senior

engineers.

Work with AWS services such as Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB, RDS, and others

as needed.

Write clean, tested, and maintainable code following best practices.

Collaboration & Learning

Work closely with senior engineers to understand design decisions and

implementation patterns.

Participate actively in team discussions, code reviews, and sprint activities.

Grow understanding of cloud architectures, system design, and full-stack

engineering best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

25 years of full stack or backend-focused development experience.

Solid understanding of Python for backend development.

Exposure to React.js/Next.js, Node.js, and modern frontend development.

Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP; willingness to deepen cloud knowledge.

Strong grounding in data structures, algorithms, and engineering

fundamentals.

Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a multi-cultural team.
