Responsible for the establishment and optimization of the pre-sales team's systems and procedures;
Collaborate with sales to understand customer business needs, analyze core customer demands, identify industry trends, continuously improve the competitiveness of solutions, and maintain industry leadership;
Promote solution development and implementation, possess solution design and innovation capabilities, formulate targeted strategies and solutions, including but not limited to solution presentations, technical Q&A, identifying and guiding customer needs, facilitating order signing, and technical exchanges;
Participate in and review the feasibility and deliverability of project technical delivery solutions, and be responsible for the internal coordination and follow-up resolution of key technical issues;
Serv as the interface between market and product needs and technology, empowering internal and external batch deployment teams, building a technical bridge for internal and external communication, coordinating the cooperation of product and R&D teams, and ensuring the smooth implementation of projects in customer applications.
Job Requirements
Experience in ICT, vision, robotics, automation, or related industries or projects;
Bachelor's degree or above, or currently enrolled undergraduate student, majoring in STEM fields (robotics, automotive, mechatronics, electronic engineering, control engineering and control theory), or related fields;
Knowledge of robot control, understanding of robot concepts and application areas, ability to describe robot classification and characteristics, and basic understanding of future robot development trends;
Excellent learning ability, able to quickly master company products and solutions, a strong desire for knowledge, keeping up with new industry trends, and proactively learning new technologies and knowledge;
Priority will be given to candidates with basic knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, C++, etc.);
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to respond quickly to customer needs, and proficient in information architecture analysis and documentation;
Strong sense of responsibility, proactive work style, good teamwork spirit, able to withstand significant work pressure, and willing to accept frequent short-term business trips;
Excellent undergraduate students, honors degree preferred, fluent in English, and proficient in Chinese preferred.
