Assisting Stores & Logistics Manager to establish, maintain and control the Inventory & Logistics system that meets regulatory requirements, company policies and procedures. Areas under management of Stores & Logistics Manager such as inventory control, storage, purchasing, shipping, packaging, and its documentation.
Assist on tracking, maintaining and update proper levels of stocks availability in accordance with the airworthiness and aircraft requirements.
Assist to plan and manage inventory physical check, spares issue verification and ensure the inventory system is updated electronically and physically.
Ensure control of suspect, unapproved and inferior parts and material.
Assist in managing the unserviceable items control, processing and storage/disposal.
Assist to establish and maintain proper tagging and labelling system.
Assist to manage time/life limited parts and materials.
Assist to rectify all inventory and logistic system discrepancies or errors in the operation of the logistic and inventory system. Report to Stores & Logistics Manager should the solution require a higher management intervention.
Assist to ensure proper receiving inspection of spare parts and materials.
Assist to issue and exchange parts/spares.
Assist to deliver parts/spares in accordance with company procedures.
Assist to ensure proper storage of parts/supplies in accordance with storage requirements.
Assist to ensure the environment condition of storage area is maintain in accordance with applicable requirements.
Assist to coordinate and ensure correct handling of parts or supplies into and out of Skyways Technics Asia.
Assist to plan and manage shipment Out for Delivery.
Assist to manage the items to the appropriate area/shop.
Assist to monitor status of items that are out of storage.
Assist to manage and maintain all documentation related to inventory control, storage, receiving, issuing, packaging and shipping.
Assist to establish and maintain a system of computer records and entry for efficient and effective tracking and control of items in logistics section.
Qualification Requirements
Minimum SPM with experience in Logistics minimum 2 years.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in warehouse operations/inventory management/logistics/procurement.
Experienced in an aviation MRO or aircraft parts environment is highly preferred.
Understanding of aviation regulatory requirements are an advantage.
