Responsibilities
- Assist clients in understanding Takaful products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
- Support the sales team in generating leads and closing deals.
- Prepare and present Takaful proposals to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to develop marketing strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of financial products, specifically Family Takaful
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
