About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Team Member, FO Support, Reconciliation & KYC to join our team at RHB Asset Management. In this role, you will support front office operations by performing client reporting, managing account onboarding and maintenance processes, and ensuring accurate reconciliations across mandates and unit trust funds. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant execution of all operational activities.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Perform client reporting for private mandates and family office clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Manage account opening, maintenance, and KYC processes for onboarding, including ongoing due diligence (ODD) for mandates
  • Perform reconciliations for stocks (unit trust funds) and stock and cash (mandates), including investigation and resolution of breaks
  • Maintain accurate static data for mandate and family office clients
  • Ensure timely follow-up and completion of ODD requirements for mandate and family office clients
  • Act as preparer for daily and monthly reconciliations for mandates and unit trust funds
  • Prepare mandate client reports prior to release to internal and external stakeholders
  • Act as preparer for KYC documentation, static data maintenance, and ODD processes for mandate accounts
  • Attend to audit requests and queries, ensuring proper documentation and responses
  • Act as authorizer where required, ensuring accuracy and completeness of work
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements across all processes

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in asset management, financial services, or a related field
  • Strong familiarity with mandate reporting, stock and cash reconciliation, KYC onboarding, and ODD processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications; knowledge of portfolio management systems is an added advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with numerate capabilities
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and careful when handling financial data and reconciliations
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
