About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Team Member to join our UT/FA/REITs/E-Money (UTFA) team. In this role, you will support the team's operational activities, ensuring smooth and efficient processing across unit trusts, fund administration, REITs, and e-money operations. You will collaborate closely with team members to maintain high-quality service and compliance standards.
What You Will Be Doing
- Provide operational support to the UTFA team across unit trusts, fund administration, REITs, and e-money functions
- Assist in processing transactions, reconciliations, and documentation to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Help monitor compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in fund operations, unit trusts, or related financial services
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively
- Basic understanding of financial products such as unit trusts, REITs, or e-money
- Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
