Role Overview:

• Position: Junior Technical Business Analyst
• Experience Baseline: 2–4 Years of Tech BA experience
• Core Domain: Insurance Domain Exposure is a MUST (Claims exposure highly valued)
• Technical Baseline: Functional Specification Documents (FSD) + Basic SQL
• Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

️ Your Core Mission:

• Functional Architecture: Own the requirements gathering phases and author detailed Functional Specification Documents (FSD) for core platform features.
• Technical Translation: Leverage your technical background and basic SQL capabilities to communicate fluidly with backend engineers and technical resources.
• Stakeholder Management: Actively manage and guide business stakeholders through verification stages, process mapping, and scope definitions.
• Project Coordination: Assist the Project Manager by preparing, updating, and monitoring realistic project timelines and milestones.
• On-Site Collaboration: Travel to client deployment sites as required based on delivery demands and workshop schedules.

What You Bring to the Table:

• The Analyst: 2 to 4 years of hands-on Technical Business Analyst experience backed by a University degree in IT or a related discipline.
• The Domain Expert: Proven, direct exposure working within the Insurance sector (Claims rules engines, policy lifecycles, or insurance workflows).
• Technical Grip: Foundational understanding of software architecture, data flows, and basic database queries (SQL).
• PM Support Skills: Demonstrated capability in tracking delivery schedules, mapping dependencies, and supporting PMO frameworks.
