About the Role
Help keep a high-growth e-wallet platform running smoothly. Youll monitor production systems, handle escalations, investigate issues using logs/DB queries, and work closely with SRE, Developers, and Solution Architects to restore services fast.
What Youll Do
- Manage escalation tickets from end-users and merchants and drive them to closure.
- Monitor live e-wallet services and respond to production alerts.
- Investigate incidents using application logs and database queries; produce clear reports and statistics.
- Support activities in the production environment, including merchant integration.
- Collaborate with SRE/Developers/SAs to mitigate issues within defined SLAs.
- Work in a fast-paced, global environment (some travel may be required).
- Join a 24/7 rotating shift, including midnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
What Were Looking For
- 25 years of hands-on experience in production/application support, NOC, or similar.
- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Strong troubleshooting using logs and DB/SQL queries; comfortable with common support tools.
- Prior on-call/247 or shift experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with persistence to find root cause.
- Composed under pressure, able to juggle multiple priorities with discipline and professionalism.
- Nice to have: familiarity with Java and mobile app concepts.

Salary
- RM5000 - RM6500 + Shift Allowance + Other Allowance
