Key Responsibilities
Testing & Validation Support
- Support end-to-end testing activities across SIT, UAT, and Dress Rehearsal (DR) phases.
- Assist in validating migration outcomes involving data, functional flows, integrations, and operational processes.
- Support execution of business scenarios, user journeys, and integration test cases.
- Ensure testing activities are aligned with project timelines and validation requirements.
- Assist in preparing test scenarios, test data, and validation documentation.
SIT, UAT & Dress Rehearsal (DR) Support
- Support SIT activities involving technical and integration validation.
- Assist UAT execution to validate business processes and operational workflows.
- Participate in Dress Rehearsal (DR) validation activities under production-like conditions.
- Support validation of ETL processes, integration flows, cutover activities, and downstream operational readiness.
- Assist in monitoring testing progress and proactively highlight issues or blockers.
Defect Management & Reporting
- Log, track, and monitor defects across SIT, UAT, and DR phases.
- Support defect triage, prioritization, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with development, business, and support teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate defect logs, testing trackers, and status reports.
- Escalate critical issues impacting testing readiness or migration timelines.
Data Validation & Reconciliation Support
- Support data validation and reconciliation activities during migration testing.
- Validate migrated customer data, product information, and financial balances.
- Assist in ensuring reconciliation outcomes are complete and accurate.
- Support preparation of validation reports and testing evidence documentation.
Stakeholder Coordination & Go-Live Readiness
- Coordinate with business users, testing teams, developers, and operations teams throughout testing phases.
- Support readiness assessments for migration go-live activities.
- Assist in ensuring all critical testing scenarios are completed before cutover.
- Participate in testing status updates, issue discussions, and readiness meetings.

Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related disciplines.
- Experience
- Experience in software testing, system testing, or UAT support is preferred.
- Exposure to banking systems, migration projects, or cards systems is an added advantage.
- Understanding of SIT, UAT, defect management, and testing lifecycle processes.
Technical & Functional Skills
- Basic understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and SDLC concepts.
- Knowledge of SIT, UAT, migration testing, and defect tracking processes.
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools is advantageous.
- Understanding of data validation and reconciliation concepts is preferred.
- Knowledge of banking systems or cards platforms is an added advantage.
