Junior Tester

Job location: Kuala Lumpur/Malaysia

Duration: 6 months extendable contract

Salary budget: RM 4K + benefits

Role Description

This is a contract on-site role for a Junior Tester located in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Junior Tester will be responsible for executing test cases, identifying and documenting bugs, and assisting in test plan development. Daily tasks include functional testing, regression testing, and working closely with the development team to ensure high-quality software delivery. The Junior Tester will also participate in team meetings and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years banking experience in Functional Testing, Regression Testing, and Mobile Testing
• Proficiency in identifying and documenting bugs
• Skills in developing and executing test plans
• Basic knowledge of test automation tools is an advantage
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
