About the Role:

We are looking for a helpful and organized Junior Training Support Specialist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. Your main job is to help our training managers run smooth and effective training sessions for our teams across different countries.

This is a great starter role for someone who is good at coordinating, likes to help people learn, and wants to grow their career in a multinational company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Coordination:Help schedule training sessions, manage the training calendar, and track employee attendance and progress.
• Record Keeping:Keep all training records, certifications, and reports up-to-date and accurate.
• Logistics Support:Coordinate practical details for training, like setting up online sessions or preparing materials for new hire onboarding.
• Material Management:Help organize and update training slides, guides, and other documents to ensure everyone has the latest versions.
• Delivery Support:Assist senior trainers during sessions and help facilitate basic training topics. Provide extra support and coaching to new employees after their training.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A confident communicator in English.
• Someone who is eager to learn and can work well in a team.

• Any previous experience in an office support, coordination, or customer service role is helpful.

• Location:Our office is in Kuala Lumpur, convenientlywithin walking distance from LRT Dang Wangi. This is an on-site role.
