Job Description

As a Junior UI/UX Designer, you&aposll work closely with designers, developers, and product teams to create impactful digital experiences. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or entry-level designers looking to grow their skills in a collaborative environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing visually engaging and user-friendly interfaces for digital products
• Assisting in creating high-fidelity UI designs, layouts, and interactive prototypes
• Conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to refine designs
• Collaborating with developers and product managers to ensure designs are implemented effectively
• Participating in client workshops and team brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas
• Staying up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI

Job Requirements

What you bring:

• A portfolio showcasing your UI and UX design skills (academic, internship, or personal projects are welcome!)
• Basic experience in design tools like Figma or Adobe XD
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and interaction design
• Ability to translate ideas, user research, and complex flows into clean and intuitive interfaces
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and iterate to improve designs
• A positive, team-first attitude with good communication skills

Bonus (Nice to Have, but Not Required):

• Any experience in prototyping and usability testing
• Basic knowledge of front-end development
• An interest in design systems and accessibility
