Basic understanding of electricity, mechanical , CCTV, IT and other systems.
Able to work independently and team responsibly
SKM 2 and above, Certificates in Electricity, Building or Related Fields or SPM and SPM and Equivalent

Summary of posts:

This post supports the overall operation by maintaining, solving problems, following improvement and optimizing all facilities on Kitchen appliances but not limited to pipes, safety procedures and protection systems in a safe and orderly manner.

The goal is to keep the kitchen appliances in good condition. This position also creates value for operations by maintaining preventive and correction maintenance that leads to increased operating time and reliability thus helping the restaurant meet their production and quality goals.

Tasks and Responsibilities: :

Performs restaurant -planned maintenance tasks as prescribed. maintained at high quality.
Performs preventive maintenance at all times/schedules. Company safety guidelines and procedures.
can report damage and follow-up. Low repair at the restaurant and ensure all equipment works at all times.
