Key Responsibilities

• Lead JVA (Joint Venture Accounting) operations and provide functional leadership across upstream accounting processes.
• Support production sharing accounting and upstream financial operations in the Oil & Gas domain.
• Coordinate with onsite teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of accounting and reporting activities.
• Manage enhancements and support project delivery aligned with business requirements.
• Ensure system governance, internal controls, and compliance with financial and audit standards.
• Oversee financial integrations and ensure accuracy in upstream reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and process optimization.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring high performance and delivery quality.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong experience in JVA Operations and Upstream Accounting
• Knowledge of Production Sharing Contracts (PSC) and Oil & Gas accounting practices
• Experience in financial integration and reporting
• Strong stakeholder management and onsite coordination skills
• Understanding of system governance, controls, and compliance
• Experience in project delivery and enhancement support
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

Additional Requirements

• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is highly preferred
