We are currently looking for a Content Production & Operations Manager who can effectively bring Korean brands to life on social media.
This role goes beyond simple content shooting. We are looking for someone who can help plan brand-aligned content, execute shoots on-site, and manage content upload operations as part of the overall workflow.
Key Responsibilities- Shoot and manage on-site SNS content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu
- Support the planning and production of short-form content aligned with brand direction
- Produce content centered around products, models, influencers, and lifestyle themes
- Manage monthly and weekly content schedules, as well as upload operations
We're Looking For Someone Who- Has a strong understanding of how SNS content is consumed
- Can think beyond just creating visually appealing content and understands how to operate content in line with brand direction
- Has a strong interest in beauty, lifestyle, and Korean brand content
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in shooting and managing short-form content for TikTok and Instagram
- Experience working with beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle brand content
- Experience collaborating with influencers or handling creators
- Proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro
- Portfolio submission is a plus
