Leading Key Account channel ensuring yearly growth of each Key Accounts.
Supervise Key Account Executive providing clear direction, monitoring their sales activities and sales achievement with respective Key Accounts under their care.
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
Understand the client's business goals, challenges, and needs to provide tailored solutions.
Work with Trade Marketing for Product Marketing Assets implementation, POSM, and other Trade Marketing and Marketing Initiatives.
Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand business within key accounts.
Analysis of Data and plan for customer replenishment
Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
Monitor and analyse account performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
Close deals and secure renewals or expansions of existing contracts.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions that may impact key accounts.
Forecast future sales and revenue from key accounts.
Bachelor's degree
+5 years working experience
Experience within fashion / luxury, cosmetics, FMCG environments
Fluent in English and local language
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and sales abilities.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
Industry knowledge and business acumen.
