Implement local marketing initiatives, including POSM visibility projects, by closely coordinating with the regional marketing team, sales teams, clients, and external vendors to ensure alignment on campaign timelines, positioning, and execution.
Support local and regional Trade Marketing teams in the development and execution of local marketing plans, based on market and channel needs, while ensuring consistency with global and APAC marketing strategies and brand guidelines, with a strong focus on Below-the-Line (BTL) activities.
Coordinate with Customer Service and Logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of POSM materials and products, fully aligned with approved marketing plans.
Track and monitor monthly marketing expenditures, ensuring budget discipline and alignment with marketing objectives and forecasts.
Prepare and maintain marketing and visibility reports, including campaign performance and execution status.
Support the organization and execution of local buying days and commercial events, working closely with the Sales team.
Assist the manager in coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth day-to-day marketing operations.
Manage coordination with Sales teams and submit required documentation to the Customer Service team to secure POSM stock availability, in line with defined timelines.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in Trade Marketing is preferred, though not mandatory; experience in cosmetics, fashion, or the luxury industry is a plus.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly responsible, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
